Q: I have a MAC computer, why can't I use this system?
A: This pay per view system was designed for Windows PC's only. If you want to watch our videos on line you can by becoming a subscriber to NRW Platinum. That allows all videos to be watched (and downloaded) in Quicktime format. Visit NRWrestling.com.

Q: I bought a video at home, but when I travel I try to watch it on my laptop and it asks me to purchase it again. Why?
A: When you purchase a pay per view using this system it downloads a license to your computer hard drive. That license is required to play the video. If you use a second computer, the license is not present there. Be sure to make your purchases on the computer you plan on watching the videos on. If you subscribe to NRW Platinum, you can watch and download all videos in Windows Media or Quicktime format on any computer. If interested, visit NRWrestling.com.

Q: There is a problem with your website, I can't watch the videos!
A: Send us an e-mail if you're having a problem but please, be polite. Also, copy and paste the link into your e-mail so we know where to look. 99% of the time the problem is on the users end, not ours. Please understand, we have hundreds of customers and if there were a problem, people would be screaming. Usually the problem is one of two things. First problem may be that your internet connection is running too slow. If you download the video to your hard drive and watch it, your internet connection won't matter. The second most common problem requires a little computer maintenance. Try doing a disk clean up on your computer. On most Window's PCs that is done by following this path START>ALL PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>SYSTEM TOOLS> DISK CLEAN UP.
